Product Descriptions

Hollandflower.cy tries to be as accurate as possible about the characteristics of the products that appear on our Online Store. However, flowers are seasonal products and some varieties are not always available. If so they will be replaced with other flowers at similar value. The same applies to the bases of arrangements, wrappings, etc. Please note that each arrangement is a specially bespoke work of art, made specifically for you in our store or by cooperating members of the collaborating Flower Network of Cyprus and abroad so it may be slightly different from the product image. The bouquets or arrangements are hand-tied respectively and prepared by our experienced florists. We guarantee the highest quality flowers, gifts and service for the special occasions in your life.

Prices and Availability

Prices are given in euro as well as in other currencies where they are claimed and include VAT, depending on the product and tax status of the country of destination. The prices listed on our website apply for a maximum of 15 days from the day of your order. Prices may change during peak periods as well as the week of purchase of the product. The availability of some flowers, or the container depends on the season and may be replaced by products of the same or higher value.

Right to Change

Hollandflower.cy reserves the right to make any changes on its Online Store, Trading, Policy and Terms of Use at any time as deemed necessary and without notice.

Cancellation of Order – due to Defect

If your order has already been prepared, shipped or delivered, we are unable to cancel it. If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, we can cancel it up to 3 days prior to delivery and your money will be refunded in full. Just contact us at +357 7000 7107. You also have the right to return a product you have purchased from our online store for your own use within 24 hours due to the nature of the product. Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them and in full packaging. In order to avoid any inconvenience, please check the status of the products, their packaging and their type to identify any obvious defects before you return them. Please contact our Customer Service at +357 7000 7107 to inform us of your desire to return the products. In the case of returning products that are defective or different to those you ordered, the items will be replaced immediately without any charge.

Refund Eligibility:

Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons such as incorrect address provided by the customer, recipient unavailable, or any other issue not attributable to Holland Flower Shop or our courier partners, we will make another attempt. If the second attempt also fails, the customer may be eligible for a refund.

Miscommunication or Non-Cooperation: In instances where miscommunication occurs with the recipient or non-cooperation leads to the inability to complete the order, refunds may be considered. However, it is essential to communicate promptly with our customer service team to resolve any issues before seeking a refund.

Busy Periods Refund Policy: During peak periods such as Women’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day, where demand is exceptionally high and resources are strained, refunds for failed deliveries or non-cooperation will be subject to a deduction of 50% of the total order value.

Applicable Law – Disagreements

Visitors to the hollandflower.cy Online Shop automatically agree that these Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the Republic of Cyprus regarding any dispute arising between users and the e-shop hollandflower.cy, and consequently hollandflower.cy. Any dispute relating in any way to the use of the hollandflower.cy Online Store or to any of its products or services initially be attempted to be resolved out of court. In the absence of such settlement, disagreements and related matters will be settled in the Limassol District Court.
