01. How can I contact you?

02. How are your flowers packaged?
Our flowers are always delivered as a gift, beautifully wrapped and finished with a bow to match design. Your personal message will be displayed on an attractive greeting card.
03. Where are you located?

We are located at Agias Zonis 71A, 3090, Limassol. You can also find us by clicking the GPS links below.

04. Do you accept phone orders?

Yes, we do! – Please call us on +357 7000 7107 and place your order. Opening hours Monday to Sunday: 08:30-19:30.

05. Can I send flowers anonymously?

Yes, you can! Write a message in the gift card section, and the recipient will get exactly what you write. If you skip adding your name, it won’t show up in the card message. If the recipient wants to know who sent the flowers, we won’t share your name unless you give permission

06. Do you deliver flowers to a work/business address?

Yes, we do! During ordering, please include the recipient’s surname, name and full address of the company and a phone number. Orders will be delivered to the company’s reception. So, the signature of the person receiving the flowers will be accepted as a proof of delivery.

07. What do you do in case that the recipient is not at home?

Typically, we make a pre-delivery call to the recipient to prevent issues. If the recipient isn’t available at the delivery address, the order is sent back to the store. We’ll notify you by phone, and a new delivery will be arranged in coordination with the recipient. For this additional delivery, you’ll incur the shipping cost.
